New to paintball- need help paintball gun

"I'm new to the paintballing. I really dont know much about paintball guns or equipment (I'm transitioning from airsoft guns), but I was looking to buy a solid beginner paintball gun. I've been told spyder and tipman are good. I have a medium price range and looking for something with good speed and accuracy. Also any advice on paintball masks, air systems, or barrells would be great thanks. Oh ya, what is a good FPS for an airsoft gun?"

"A Vibe or SP1 would be a good starter paintball gun. They offer some of the best features and brings EP (electro pneumatic) operating design at a very low cost. However though it's kinda hard to make a suggestion without knowing like your exact budget, if you'll be using CO2 or HPA, and what style playing you be doing (i.e. woodsball or speedball)."

"Spyder vs1 paintball gun ($140) is an awesome starter paintball gun. Also for a mask check out the proto switch EL($30) and the empire vents helix ($30). Air systems try and get HPA, but if you can't afford an hpa tank co2 will get the job done."

"If you are a woodsball player get a tippmann 98 custom because it offers good upgrades for that paintball gun.
But if you don't play woodsball go with a Smart Parts Ion which costs like $200 but if you don't have enough money go with Smart Parts Vibe which is like $140. For the Smart Parts ion you don't really need any upgrades, my friend has only stock and his gun owns. And get either a Jt Proflex or Events goggles."

"Eh Tippmann paintball guns have more looks accessories then actual upgrades. And of the few upgrades it has not many are actually worth getting and won't make the paintball gun worth the money. Ions are $165 now and even though they don't need upgrades out of the box a lot of the stock parts are horrid."
